I am an old-school RPG player and game master, starting with the Marvel Super Heroes Advanced Set. I developed an affinity for miniatures, and always wished that I could make them myself.
To that end, I purchased my first FDM 3D printer. It proved excellent for printing terrain and board game upgrades, but did not provide the detail I craved in my miniatures.
With the purchase of my first resin printer, I found the detail I was looking for. My friends, upon seeing my new miniatures, paid me to print some of their Hero Forge and Eldritch Foundry creations.
Having caught the bug, I decided to expand outside my friend circle and offer my services to the general public. Thus Nightraven 3D was born, named after my first RPG character in that Marvel Super Heroes game.
